This cosco easy elite convertible car seat is well made and attractive. It is black and grey with red piping. Gender neutral. It comes with an extra pillow head support for infants and a cup holder for toddlers. Recommend rear facing from 5 lbs to 40 lbs and front facing from 22 lbs to 50 lbs. After that, a booster seat. What's really nice about this car seat is the removable cushion for machine washing and drying. Over the course of 8+ years, that will come in very handy. The booklet that comes with it is in English only, and is 54 pages with lots of photos and tips. When rear facing, buy a Styrofoam pool noodle, cut it to length, and use it in the crack of the seat to level the car seat. All in all, I am impressed with the quality of this car seat and would not hesitate to recommend it to any one for their child.

What a FABULOUS infant to toddler car seat this one is! The bright Disco Ball Berry colors attracted the attention of my two year old grand daughter right away. Took it out of the box and she came running and had to sit in it immediately! The cutest sight ever. When asked if she liked it she said, "MINE!" Unfortunately I had to tell her it was going to go to her cousin who is an infant and she could use it too! That helped a little and it wasn't easy to convince her otherwise. She had to have her lunch sitting in the seat which meant it would have to be cleaned. EASILY done since the padding comes out and is machine washable. Came out perfect I must say. This is not one of those bulky, takes up half the back seat carriers, but is compact enough for three across and the option of the rear facing infant position is just perfect for our newest family member! This seat will be able to convert to a toddler, forward facing seat when it's time so no need to re-invest in another seat! It's so cheery and soft and comfy, I can see many years of use and even should be good for a hand-me-down. Very well made, vibrant colors and easy to adjust, move and clean. It's a GREAT SEAT FOR ALL!

I got this wonderful car seat for my grandson who is a big kid and is very active. We feel safe looking at him in a rear-facing position or even in a forward-facing position. The seat belt keeps him in place while riding. The easy-to-use headrest and harness adjust quickly at the same time with one simple movement. It also provides side impact protection so it's safer during the entire ride. What's cool about it is that there's no need to uninstall the seat or rethread the straps. You just have to remove the harness and it easily converts itself to a belt-positioning booster and he loves being in it. I love how it's less work for the adult to put him in and out of there. I will surely recommend this brand to all my friends and family.

I received this car seat for free to try out and then to leave my honest opinion about it. This car seat is very cute it's an adorable color and it looks so cute for a little girl. The padding on this car seat is amazing it is by far the most comfortable carseat. I also like that there is a body pillow as they call it that comes with it and you can put it behind your child's back for extra padding even though there is already a lot of padding on the car seat. We take long car rides so the extra padding is amazing and also the headrest is by far the best address that I have ever found on a car seat. The headrest has a lot of padding and it is very supportive my kids can fall asleep in the car and their head has never once fallen forward or they have not slept in this particular car seat unlike other car seats. The headrest is also adjustable there are two little mad that you just turn on and pull them up or down to adjust the headrest which is very nice and it's very easy to do. Also I like to do with this car seat you can fit 3 carseats in a row. There is a couple of her on the side of each car seat and easily comes offer on so if you want to put 3 car seats on like say a bench seat in the back of a truck or in a van 3 row seat the car seat will have to have the cup holder taken off. The three carseats in a row fit very nicely there not to crunch together. Like I said I receive this car seat for free to try and I loved it so much that I went online to buy another one for my other child and I was mind blown at how reasonably priced this car seat was for how great of a car seat that it has been for me. I would highly recommend this car seat to anyone with little kids just for the main facts of the padding support and the headrest support I have not been able to find another car seat where my child's head does not fall or slouch or lean over when they fall asleep in the car this has been the only car seat that their head doesn't fall and I absolutely love this car seat.

This is a good car seat, my nephew LOVES it. This is a very soft material and he is very hot natured, so far he does not seem to get hot when riding in this seat. What I liked about this seat was we were able to take it right out of the box and install in the car easily. The seat does come with an instruction booklet and it was well written and filled with pictures. If you had any issues installing this seat your issues would be resolved fast by this instruction booklet. The material cover does come off so you can wash it. I did take it off to see how easy it was to take off, I had no issues removing it or putting it back on. Easy to do and a huge must when you have a seat that should last for the amount of time that needs to be in a car seat. Love that this seat can be used for such a very long time. What a fantastic idea to help families save money by buying a seat that should last for such a long time. I am very pleased with this seat, very easy to use, long life span and love the cup holder that this comes with, my nephew loves that the most plus he said it was comfy and awesome. I received this product from the Spark Reviewer Program. The Cosco Easy Elite 3-in-1 car-seat has a lot of cushion.The car seat was easy to install. It's a nice looking seat and well made. I like that it will hold up to 80 lbs. In the pictures that i provided with my 6 year old granddaughter she wanted to see how it felt with the pillow behind her head, but as you can see, she didn't need it. With her bulky sweater on, and with the bulk of the pillow it almost looks like she doesn't fit well in the seat. She's tall and lanky for a 6 year old. The pillow is for newborns so I did remove it from behind her; Possibly without the sweater the pillow would work out for her. I love the side impact cushions. The seat is neat, I really like it. My van is usually full of car seats and children going to and fro from school, doctor or dental appointments. The picture shows the car seat in the middle row, but I will be installing it in the 3rd row. I'm thinking about getting two more of these seats to fill up my 3rd row seating so that all of the seats match. The seat is not that expensive and I think it worth it for how long the seat will last and grow with your child.

Car seats in the past have been a hassle for us. Sometimes they really are confusing, and hard to adjust. Sometimes you have to take THE WHOLE SEAT OUT of the car to adjust when your child grows. This car seat is different. You install it once (right out of the box, no adjusting needed), and adjustments can happen in place with the two top levers to adjust for shoulder height and a button below and between the legs to let out more belt. This is a BLESSING. We've had other car seats where we had to dig out the manual to figure out how to adjust the shoulder size and then re-thread all the belts back in place. Such a hassle, but this one is hassle free. This car seat is comfortable for my 5 year old and attractive. It also has the bonus that it goes up to 80 pounds. My 5 year old is very tall and big for his age, so this is just a necessity. He outgrew his old 40 pound seat in no time. The straps wouldn't even fit him anymore. This one will last him until he's legally able to be without a car seat. We like the cup holder. Wish there were two, but the one that is there can be adjusted on either side of the seat. The chair is a big one so we have a small car that now only comfortably fits two in the back seat because of the bigness of the chair. I can get the chair and two kids back there, but the chair does take up a lot of room. Overall, despite only one cup holder and the size - I really like it. My son feels comfortable in his new seat and really likes it.

I have a friend in need that transports children to and from school and I have asked her to write the review in her words; I am a 5 ft 3 in woman and I am always looking at new inexpensive car seats that I feel like I can trust my precious cargo in without breaking the bank. I got to say that this was not a disappointment. The first thing I noticed when I got the car seat out of the box was the weight, not too heavy but without being so light that I felt like I was going to be able to chuck it one handed into my car. It has a typical LATCH system installation common with new car seats that allow for a tight safe fit into your car with a left, right, and overhead latch. Since it is a common install, it took less than 15 minutes to fit it into my car. After properly tightening the car seat, I was happy to see that it did not wiggle around like with some same priced car seats. Even though the LATCH system is a safe and tight fit I still like to include the extra insurance of using the car seat belt and threading it through the back , and this was were I found my first small issue. The area meant to slide the seat belt through is much smaller than other car seats that I have had, and even with my smaller hands and wrists, I still had some difficulty threading the belt from one side to the other. Now this will not be an issue for those that only plan to use the LATCH system and do not feel the need of the seat belt, but this might make it difficult for anyone with a car made before September of 2002 or if you are like me and just like the added level of security. I would recommend anyone with leather or faux leather seats to place a towel or some other fabric underneath the car seat as any car seat has a tendency of creating deep possibly permanent dents into the material. Another benefits to this car seat is that the height adjustment is two knobs at the top of the seat that you can slide up or down if you have multiple children sitting in the same car seat without having to remove the car sea each time like you have to do with most other seats. overall great car seat and would buy more any day.

I love that one car seat can take a child from infancy thru childhood, saving the expense and trouble of purchasing upgraded seats when required. I like the fabric on this seat, it appears to be stain resistant and very washable as compared to my granddaughter's last car seat which was a heavy corduroy type fabric that held onto spills and food smears. I was very pleased with the ease of buckling the harness which was also a problem in my granddaughter's previous car seat. Trying to buckle in a squirmy toddler when the buckles don't want to click together is quite a task. This seat is also easier to unbuckle which was also a concern with the old car seat. I worried that I wouldn't be able to get her out of the seat quickly in an emergency situation. On the negative side, the padding in the bottom area of the seat seems quite thin and would, I imagine, become uncomfortable on a long car ride. However for shorter trips bopping around town or to daycare, this seat would be fine. It's perfect for grandparents who might want to only purchase one seat that can be used to transport different size grandchildren - one at a time, of course. Overall I give it a thumbs up. I wish they made seats like this when my kids were small.

I purchased 2 of these car seats, one for my car and one for my husband's. They are very nice and the price was decent. I ordered them online and they came in a day before expected and they were already assembled. We did not have to put anything together, just pop it right in the car. Has great padding and is easy to adjust the straps and head rest. We did have a time getting them in the cars. The car seat is larger than expected for rear facing. I have a 2007 cobalt sedan and had to place the car seat on the passenger side, the passenger seat had to be moved forward and the seat had to be sat straight up. So my passenger sits pretty close to the dash. Same thing for my husband's car. If you have a smaller car like a cobalt or sunfire this seat can NOT be put behind driver. We used pool noodles to help prop the car seat up for rear facing.
