My boyfriend brought this little "Gem" home for me last week! I am so satisfied with this new addition, it's comfortable to hold and use.. it's not at all awkward. I have already recommended this to my bestie.

It has 10 vibration settings that allow you to experiment until you find what works for you. As a beginner, I find the vibrations to be really strong and make me numb for a while. I think that it should not be used for a prolonged period.
