My SIL recommended this unit and we couldn't be happier! I'm new to using an air-fryer, and while there is a bit of a learning curve, so far everything has come out of it just wonderful. We've used it for pre-packaged food items and from-scratch food items and both turned out perfectly. The food is cooked through, crispy, and visually appealing - as well as delicious. There is a very nice recipe booklet (with a lot of recipes) that comes with it and a detailed instruction booklet that even I can understand. I wish I had purchased it sooner! It cleans up very easy with or without liners. It's the perfect size for just the two of us (we like to have leftovers), but would also work for a family of four.

Came on time and packaged well. The app on the phone works great. No secrets if you are trying to surprise someone who has the app. They're notified when air fryer is in use. It's great!

The basket is nonmagnetic so you can't use magnets to hold down the air fryer liners So there is a chance that you may start a fire if one of the liners pop up to the heating element I believe this to be a big design issue flaw

the door sticks so much that I'm afraid it'll break on me
