Received in a timely manner. Was packaged well. All the accessories were in great shape. I thought it was a good value for the money that I spent. I had it professionally installed and it took about 2 hours. There is actually pretty good documentation for setup and running the remote. The noise level was almost incredibly quiet. The wife came in and asked if it was running. That says a lot. The remote control was pretty self-explanatory and the whole machine was an upgrade from my previous mini split. It used horizontal and vertical air flow direction. Significant difference in how it cools the room. The new machine has variable speed compressor and as quiet and smooth. I would certainly purchase it again. I anxiously await heating season. If it heats like it cools it will be a bases loaded home run.
I purchased a total of 5 of these units from Amazon, Home Depot and Walmart, watching prices as they moved around. These units are super easy to install and they work great. Two of them I ordered without Wifi, the last 3 all had wifi. The wifi control works great and allows me to see the temperature in the room and turn them on/off as I like. These units are 1/3 the cost of the more expensive units like Daikin and Mitsubishi. With a 8 year warranty on the compressor we shall see how it goes, but so far I am very impressed. Each unit ran around $520 with tax, add another $100 for the wall bracket/electrical disconnect/power whip cable/line cover set, you have a nice install at an attractive price. Using the 120vac unit makes it super easy to pull power from an existing outlet in many cases.
I bought 2 bc I live in a 14×70 mobile home. I'm only using 1. I haven't used it them in the winter. I think i will hv to run them both when is really gets. cold. This is definitely worth the money!
Works like a charm and we installed it ourselves. We did have to order AC equipment to pull a vacuuming the AC lines so you should add that to your cost if thinking of buying it. My daughters room is nice and frigid now and she loves it'
Nice product. Cools my shop in about 10 minutes.
Excelent purchase
the unit came dented from the inside so it definitely wasn't from shipping and one of the dents caused the fan blade to brake off the tip of one of the blades appon first start up
I hope the unit works when I have it hooked up. FedEx delivered the unit and tumbled it off the truck upon delivery. The driver rolled the condensing unit over and over upside down when he delivered the unit.
