Costway 14000 BTU Portable Air Conditioner with WiFi APP/Remote Control, Sleep Mode

I love this portable AC. I put it in my bedroom and I am sleeping so much better. During the hottest parts of the summer my central AC is having trouble cooling in the late afternoon and evening. But my bedroom is staying 70 degrees. 67 degrees when I go to bed. I got it on sale. Totally worth every penny.

I'm loving the A/C unit! It's been keeping my apartment so nice and cool! My only complaint is for the company to make a better instruction manual. Following the instructions was very frustrating! Also at times, very difficult to understand. You'll see a picture regarding one step you do, but then the next picture will be very confusing because it'll show other parts put together without having a step for it. Another example would be connecting the hose to the back of the unit. It doesn't say anything about it. Finally, after a while, I figured out that it slides down onto the brackets on the back of the unit! After some time and much frustration, I was able to get everything together and the A/C working. It did not take long for my apartment to cool down at all!

We have been having issues with our Central AC during this heatwave, so I purchased this portable AC to stay cool. i haven been throughly impressed with this unit. My house went from over 80° to a cool 68 in no time at all. This portable ac has been a game changer!

The installation instructions were not very clear to me and I had to get help but the device works really well. The biggest problem I had was that the window kit was too wide for my living room window and the plastic insert had to be cut. I had to buy a special saw to cut it.

Works great and really cools the room. The installation was a bit confusing but we got there eventually. It is definitely loud but mostly in a white noise type of way.

Pretty nice portable air conditioner. Puts out cold air but doesn't cover our 400 sq ft space as well as we thought it would. It works well though.

Love this - would suggest it to everyone - took room temp 83 degrees to 71 degrees in about 30 minutes. The only reason for the 4 star is the exhaust tubes and the window attachment. Window attachment is not able to be put to the correct size. The tubes had to be taped together for them to hold together. Other than that love it.

I have mixed feelings about this item. On the one hand we're in the middle of a long and excruciating heat wave, and this does definitely cool the room down better than a different brand that I had previously tried, and which conked out inconveniently right before the heat waves began. However, this unit has some serious downsides in my view. Number one, the assembly was much more difficult than it should've been. It has a single hose so I cannot for the life of me figure out why they sent it in two parts, which were extremely difficult to put together with the plastic joiner included.. the whole hose assembly felt cheaply made and I am questioning how durable it will prove to be. I also found the assembly instructions to be confusing and lacking and had a lot of trouble with the panel that goes in the window because one minor detail was not mentioned in the directions. I also find that it is not very quiet; when the compressor is running, there is a constant hum/rattle noise, which is kind of annoying if you are trying to sleep… And even when you aren't! Final design flaws would be the total undersize wheels, and the lack of handles. I initially set this up in my living room, but then I had to relocate it to another room. It was nearly impossible to roll across carpet because the wheels are so small for the weight of the unit. There is also no good sturdy handles to grip; there is a small indentation in the back that they call a handle, but it is useless again because it is poorly placed plastic and does not support the weight of the unit. If you just really need some cooling power and don don't care about these irritating design features, then it can bring some relief.

Does not perform as advertised. I have been trying to return since I purchased however, no Walmart store will accept return. Currently waiting for customer service instructions concerning return. Very frustrated.

This said a portable ac but its actually a cooler you need to add water the description should be more detailed. I had to returned it. I have a portable ac and I dont need to add water. They should change it to cooler.
