This is an extremely comfortable pillow. I like how it can be adjusted by removing or adding the shredded memory foam. This is the first nice pillow I've ever bought and it's a huge upgrade. I am more comfortable at night and it seems to help me fall asleep easier, so well worth the price.
This pillow is the best. Sleeping has become much more comfortable. It is the queen of all memory foam pillows.

I love the how it feels either it can be soft or firm .
perfect pillow, no smell, and i can take out as much filling or put in as much as i want . you have to take a few nights getting it where you want it, but it's amazing . THIS PILLOW IS NOTHING LIKE MY PILLOW. this pillow is way better.

Fantastic pillow! I bought this for my wife. She loves it. It is adjustable. My wife definitely needed to lower the amount of foam-like pieces out to adjust it. You can take the foam pieces out of the pillow to adjust it to your liking. It does not contain a smell like some pillows do. Also, after unwrapping it I did not have to put it in the dryer. It fluffed up on its own in a matter of 15 minutes.
This pillow was very comfortable. After removing some of the memory foam, I had it just right for what I was looking for. I've slept better ever since. It also stays quite cool durning the night which is a big plus.
I like that you can remove some of the filling. It takes a while to get to the right amount, but think it will be a keeper
This pillow is not cooling nor comfortable. I gave it 3-4 weeks after adjusting the "fill" numerous times. I literally woke up in the night with my hair soaked from sweating on this pillow. Also, after removing the "fill" to try and make it comfortable (which never worked), they don't provide an extra little bag to store the "fill" in. I had to use several zip lock freezer bags to store the extra. Would not recommend. Thankfully I purchased from Walmart, so shipping it back doesn't cost me anything. Back on my $14.99 firm pillow at buy before trying this and not sweating or adjusting the thing all night.
