This back massager works so great!!! I use it about every other day because I get a sore or stiff back from work! I have used this product on my back, neck, hips, on my legs above my knees and on my legs below my knees! It works wonderful all over for all my pain!!!

Gift for my wife who screwed up her body 20 years ago in an elevator fall while nursing. Back, hips, neck, legs, and nerve damage. Many products have not helped but this one does. Nice heat and massaging motion. Very quiet. Easy to shift around to different parts of her body and be hands free. Auto shut off is good because it can put you to sleep.

I use it on my arms, back, legs and feet. It does shut off after 15 minutes so that can be inconvenient. I don’t use the heat so I can continue to use it longer without overheating it. So far it works great for what I need it for and for the money it is so worth it.

Overall, the wonderful pillow! Great massage, strength, good heat and helps a lot with posture as well! My husband uses it as work, after a total hip replacement it's difficult to sit for long periods of time. This has been a lifesaver! Anyone who has back problems or hip problems I would highly recommend it

convenient machine can be plugged in while driving which was on of the thing that enticed me to buy it, though I have not yet done that which I can review another time. it is small but really comfortable and very transportable the massage is very comfortable and very relaxing. purchased this for my daughter who has neck and back pain. She says it is difficult to position for use on neck, however, for shoulders and back does the job. Helps relieve pain and tight muscles, heat very relaxing.

but for my husband because he complains with his neck and back aching so much he enjoys the heat from it but says it it can be painful at times overall it's a nice massager

I liked this til the next morning when I woke up and my back was actually more sore from where the balls rub on you. I wanted to like it but I just use it for a heating pad at this point for when I get cramps.
