Smooth Scooting

Chantelle May 28, 2026

I love this scooter 10/10 would recommend. Makes it a lot easier to get around in my home versus using crutches. I am 5’2” so everything about this scooter was just right at the lowest setting for the knee cushion and handlebars. It was very easy to assemble and it rolls smoothly. It feels sturdy and made of good quality materials. This scooter will definitely come in handy for my next vacation or running errands.

Highly recommend it. The best equipment for my recovery from foot surgery. It helps me get around the house; I use the pouch to place my medicine, my cell phone, a book and a small bag with toiletries, etc. Ordering it and practicing how to use it a few days prior to surgery was the best choice. Make sure you press on the breaks as you use it for support/ to stand.

Replacement Screw Needed for Knee Scooter

Shimin May 31, 2026

The screw underneath the seat has fallen off from my knee scooter. Could you please let me know where I can purchase a replacement screw, or whether you can provide the correct replacement part?

My Dad broke his ankle and also tore a couple of ligaments. He has to stay off his foot for eight weeks. This has been a game changer. He can get around without having to hop. It's tough for an 80-year-old person to hop around.

Definitely buy this for at home and errands!

Jen July 31, 2026

For the price I paid (around $85) this knee scooter is a steal. Assembly wasn't bad, instructions could be clearer, but they were easy enough to follow. The scooter itself is a lifesaver. It's quite stable and the knee pad is comfortable. The turning radius could be better, but that's the way it goes with these. Just be prepared for some 12 point turns in tighter spaces. Height and knee pad are adjustable. I was able to find the perfect handlebar height to go over my bathroom sink and under the French doors of my fridge. Don't expect to take this anywhere except smooth surfaces, think at home or parking lots/stores. For these it's great as it's easy to collapse and very light for loading. For anything tougher, you're going to want something with larger tires you fill with air. For indoors, it's bumpy on transitions, but I find if I sort of lift myself so there's less weight as I go over that makes it much smoother. Brakes work well (just note they work by stopping the tires abruptly, so there isn't much gradual slowing) and the brake lock works for when you're stationary or need to get on/off. One of the brake locks is fussier than the other, which is a little annoying (I have to squeeze the brake handle very tightly for it to lock), but that's a minor nuisance as I can just use the other one. I attached a microphone stand tray and a walker cup holder so I can transport food and drinks while using it as well. Really happy with my bright orange scooter! Again, for the price, with reasonable expectations (mostly indoor use, some turning trickiness) it's SO worth it. Definitely beats the $50/week my doctor wanted to charge me to rent one!

It works. though it is a bit rickety. Cushion could be more cushiony. Brakes are not reliable. thw licking mechanism is a tad faulty so be vareful.

it's very large. must be built for someone very . I'm 5'6" and i had to put the upright arm rest all the way down and it doesn't have a spot to click into. i don't feel safe with this. I'm going to return this item. this item would be great for some at least 5'9" and weigh at least 230 lbs. but the product is very well made, i was very impressed at the quality of the walker. very good craftsmanship. very solid but for a larger person.

Delivery Nightmare

Chris June 24, 2026

Order was delivered at the wrong address, a building North of where we are. The addresses are clearly listed on the side of garages. Very dissatisfied
