it is a very sturdy chair. It's a good height. easy to put together for me after hip surgery it has made the life and taking a shower with a whole lot easier I would recommend it to anyone having issues with balance as we get older to get one. It makes life a whole lot easier. You don't have the uncertainty that you get in the shower when you gotta a new problem.

Arrived in 2 days as promised and it took about 45 minutes to put together. ( Wanted to make sure it was put together properly cause can't afford to slip again. ) The instructions were very clear and fairly easy to follow . My wife held a few pieces to make it easier to screw together. All the pieces were in the bag and they even threw in some washers but no instruction on when to install them so had to unscrew a few bolts to place in the washers to make for a more finished looking chair. Don't know if it is really needed but it helps the appearance. Have used it once now and think it will last. I have a cast on my leg with a waterproof plastic bag around it and used a walker to transfer into the chair which sits inside my shower stall. The rubber feet did not suction to the shower floor because the floor is not perfectly smooth or slick. However, the chair did not slide around. Wish the seat could have been a little softer.

We needed one for my husband. Super simple to assemble and sturdy. Great value and no regrets about the item.

Very sturdy and stable chair. Be sure and measure your tub or shower to be sure it fits. The parts are numbered and the assembly directions are pretty clear. No tools are necessary. I feel it was a good value for the price paid.

i love the chair and design but the rubber pieces on bottom have already fallen off. super sad about it. I take care of my grandmother and I feel safer with her sitting in shower then standing. anyway u can send replacement rubber feet?

was what I purchased 1 time. disappointed delayed shipping after on another chair better quality but had to have one fast time.

One rubber suction cup on the leg came off while putting it together! Ugh A shorter chair than I expected.

watch out for the instructions. They tell you to do one thing. And I used loctite to keep the screws tite. Then was told to put bars for the back. And I couldnt get them undone

Within 2 months after receiving chair, one foot came apart. With no warranty, no return, and no parts available, this was a total waste of money.

I received this item put it together and the back is bent and the legs are unbalanced , could not get to be stable. And did not realize it was un exchangeable Or returnable.
