Mind at ease. Having two of these bear spray's increases confidence for taking that walk in the woods. Combo pack so that more people in your group can be protected and the holsters are easy to use. The safety wedge is a great idea, and easy to remove when needed for use. I recommend you practice drawing, removing the wedge, and spraying (not actually spraying, but simulating it) so that you will be prepared if needed. Pricing was good. Made in USA is a huge win.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are great to have for camping or hiking and just to keep in your car for in case something happens. I feel safer having them. Luckily I haven't had to use them yet. During a test spray I was able to see how long and powerful the stream was. The holsters are great for carrying around, they attach right to a belt or to a backpack. I do recommend them.

I've always been inclined to carry while outdoors hiking just because you never know what you'll run into but this is a safer alternative that can still stop even the biggest bears in their tracks. I haven't had to use this, but we did give it a shot and the distance claims are definitely true. The holster makes it easy to carry and the safety clip even glows in the dark to make it easy to use at any time of day. I'd recommend this in heartbeat. It's so easy to use it's basically foolproof.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, I can't say that I have used it yet, but I feel a lot safer owning my new Counter Assault - 8.1oz & 10.2oz Canisters w/ Holsters- Blister Pack. Where we take our family vacation there are bears all around us. I love the area but I never feel truly safe. I love owning this to at least have some sort of a chance in case of an encounter. The big one sprays 40 feet. The smaller one sprays 30 feet. Looks to be made of very good quality materials and the case is very well made and durable.

Luckily they have not had to use them! The two I got came with nice holsters that strap to your belt for easy access. It makes me feel better that they are prepared for the worst!

The product was sent from Kentucky with a statement that it was made in bear country by a surviving victim of an attack. I live there and we don't have a bear problem!
