I love this machine! It is very well built and other than a small hum, the only noise you hear is when the ice cubes drop. I waited 2 hours after delivery to run it as suggested bec it is winter here and the box was cold. I did go on youtube to verify I was doing it correctly bec it seemed odd to add water how it instructs. I purchased a gallon of good drinking water from the store in preparation of this machine. It is on the heavier side, so if you have a smaller kitchen, you may want to make a bunch of ice cubes and then store it somewhere. The cubes it makes are the cylinder shape w/a hole thru the middle. I highly recommend!

Absolutely GREAT for anyone looking for a portable ice maker and not wanting it to run through a hose. We rent and do not have an ice maker, so it gets old filling, dumping, and repeating with ice trays. This little machine is everything that I hoped it would be! It arrived very fast and exactly as described.

I gave a 4 star rating but wish I could give 4.5 stars. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the amount of recommended cleaning and maintenance the manufacturer recommends. It's a lot lol. I attached the care instructions next to it so I can keep up. Other than that, I really like this ice maker. It has a self cleaning function, a water drain plug and the bottom, light on/off feature and other menu options to choose from. It lets you know when to add water and when ice is full. The ice basket slides in and out easily But if the tray is full you have to be careful scooping ice out because it will push ice out. Also you can't close the ice door unless the basket is inside. It's easy to use and not difficult at all to get started. Manual lays it all out. The manual is short, easy to follow and right to the point so I recommend reading it all prior to getting started. It has a nice appearance and doesn't look cheap. It is super quiet which is a huge win for me. What has me liking this unit the most is its compact, sleek design.

Good ice maker decent size like the Access water storage on top only thing I don't like is the ease of cleaning it and clean the parts but the interior water storage I can't get to

It's alright but it's smaller than we expected it to be. We thought it was bigger than it was especially for the money we paid.
