I love this machine! It is very well built and other than a small hum, the only noise you hear is when the ice cubes drop. I waited 2 hours after delivery to run it as suggested bec it is winter here and the box was cold. I did go on youtube to verify I was doing it correctly bec it seemed odd to add water how it instructs. I purchased a gallon of good drinking water from the store in preparation of this machine. It is on the heavier side, so if you have a smaller kitchen, you may want to make a bunch of ice cubes and then store it somewhere. The cubes it makes are the cylinder shape w/a hole thru the middle. I highly recommend!
Absolutely GREAT for anyone looking for a portable ice maker and not wanting it to run through a hose. We rent and do not have an ice maker, so it gets old filling, dumping, and repeating with ice trays. This little machine is everything that I hoped it would be! It arrived very fast and exactly as described.
Quickly makes ice from the plugging in. As long as you keep filling the water tank, it keeps making ice.
this item does not work as it supposed to work after a couple months I had it .

Good ice maker decent size like the Access water storage on top only thing I don't like is the ease of cleaning it and clean the parts but the interior water storage I can't get to
having a hard time figuring out how to load water without spilling it all over the place
It's alright but it's smaller than we expected it to be. We thought it was bigger than it was especially for the money we paid.
