My husband chews ice all of his waking life (lol). I figured this would save him trips to the convenience store. He is completely thrilled. It is small and portable- he's actually going to get one for his office too. He says this machine provides quick, chewable ice (nuggets, not bullet shape) and it continuously refills itself due to the large water reservoir. Its biggest bonus is that you can put a smaller gallon water bottle on top so you don't have to keep filling it. It is whisper quiet, too. I love the ice too, as the ice is like a fountain drink now. I have absolutely no issues with this ice maker!

Received my Watice Nugget ice maker. Easy to set up. Quickly starts making fresh ice. Very quiet operation. Makes enough ice for my family of 4. I like that you could place a jug into the resivoir if you need to . I definitely would recommend to others. It is a great addition to my home

so far every thing is going as expected. But I just received it today and usually when I do quick reviews I wish I hadn't. But as of right now I am pleased with the ice maker. I will update if I need to.

This ice machine makes crunchy sonic ice. It's self cleaning and it's so entertaining to watch. The convenience of this device is amazing

I ordered this nugget ice maker on Walmart.com because I wanted soft chewable ice at home without buying bags of ice, and this one sold by Watice seemed like a great option. t also arrived superfast and ahead of schedule. It started making ice in about 7 minutes and the nugget ice itself is exactly what I was hoping for, but the removable ice basket is a real disappointment. It comes loose far too easily, and more than once I accidentally knocked it loose while scooping ice which dumped the basket and spilled ice onto the table and floor. I like the ice quality and the machine is easy to operate, but this design flaw takes away from the experience. I contacted the seller for support to see if there is a fix or replacement basket available, but so far I have not received a response. Unless customer service resolves the issue, I would probably look at other nugget ice makers before buying this one again.
