I have always been trying new food at different places and butter has always been a favorite of mine until I discovered country crock ,this is amazing to cook with ,tastes sooo good and it has the right consistency for any dish posible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This margarine looked nice and fluffy from first opening. Taste was so Creamy, as if melting in your mouth. The smaller tub is perfect for those who live alone or don't use very often. Tastes fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great taste. I tried cooking pasta with this butter to kids. They lived this ablsolutely. We all loved the taste . We have tried with a toast, egg scramble, pasta, sauteed veggies and all. Surely recommend this!!

As a kid I used to see my Grandpa use this spread. He had all sorts of health problems and well, this was a product recommended back then (40 years ago or so) for a healthier lifestyle. Now I find myself in my later stages of life where after enjoying 100% real butter, I am now dealing with lactose intolerance and my husband with high cholesterol. I have found my way back to a childhood memory and am very happy with this spread as a staple in my kitchen. I don't cook with Country Crock (CC) but I do enjoy it on toast or bagels or even Cuban bread toast in the mornings. It may not taste like real butter to many people but our family likes it and if we can't have the real stuff, this is our choice for next best! I've had the vegan alternatives that cost double or triple the cost of CC and trust me, CC wins in my book.

Did you guys know that the thin white cover over the lid splinters off into a million pieces when you try to peel it off?

I have grown up using this and still use it today. But when I opened the new and improved. I was like , why is it melting. That's exactly what it looked like when I why trying to put it on my knife to spread. I don't like the improvement if you call that.

1. Completely slides off knife to spead, didn't used to 2. Does not fully melt without very high temp, it used to 3. No longer has a "butter" taste, it's now "salt flavored" You jacked up the prices and lowered the quality. I have used it for decades. I'm done. It's just garbage now. Too bad, I'd always liked it. On to better pastures. I'd say do better, but your shareholders won't let you, so greedy.

Not sure why anyone would even consider purchasing this product! The ingredients…the taste… just gross! I've been using LOL for years, but had dinner at my FIL recently and this is what he had purchased because the store was out of LOL and we all almost puked from the horrible taste. It tasted like chemicals!!! I'm not sure what you call this, but it's certainly NOT butter or anything close! If you like overly processed and stuff that clearly tastes artificial, then this is the product for you, but if you want REAL BUTTER, LOL contains ONLY 2 ingredients!
