It taste very hood and very very fulfilling keeps you full not wonting any sweets ext which is hood bowel movement better meaning better bowels more waste coming from your body and weight .
I love this product. I have tried other super food shakes but this one actually tastes good. Will give and update in one month to see if it still working for me.
I was very happy to find a shake mix with such a good flavor. I love chocolate and this all in one super shake mixes real well. Being low calorie fits right into my diet.
i didnt like the carrier who dont knock at my door for my packages alot of theif in the neighborhood. love the taste im not hungry its working well
My only complaint is I wish they had a bigger size. This blend has more value than big-name GNC-type brands, plus mixes and tastes great.
