It's easy enough to put a scoop into almost anything. It's pretty tasteless in a juice. In water it tastes earthy, not at all like fresh celery but not bad. It's worth it for the ease and health benefits.

This is definitely an acquired taste. However, if you like celery and want to feel better this is packed with nutrients that are beneficial. I was ill and decided that I needed to have more healthy nutrients on a daily basis. I just put a scoop in a 12 oz cup of hot water and sip like a broth. I have even used it as a spice. I will continue with this powerful product. Thank you.

The powder is pulverized to dust. Using it as a flavoring is a good thing. It doesn't take much. Less than you might think. Still good for when family members don't like the texture of regular celery.

I can use as part of smoothy, in cooking, %26 as a spice. Lasting longer than fresh %26 easier to store especially with limited room in frig. Was shipped very fast Thank You

powder has a good taste but settles to the bottom of your glass really fast and does not completely dissolve.

If you don't eat greens this is the best added to smoothie. I love the taste.

It's not always convenient to juice fresh celery daily. This serves as the perfect substitute! I just do not care for the taste and texture. I do appreciate the convenience!!

Very distinct taste. When I add this to my morning drink, I only use half a scoop and I have to add stevia to improve the overall taste as it clashes with flavors of the other ingredients. It's not necessarily a bad taste, I like the clean green taste of it, but it is a bit overpowering.

This tasted terrible!! I have used other celery root powders in the past and currently and this one was awful!! I would have given it zero stars if it was an option.
