I can't say how healthy or good. It is for a dog. I can only tell you that my dog really loves it and so far there's been no problems.

I usually buy this exact brand from chewy and they are great jerky treats. This time I bought them from Walmart and they were totally dried out and really hard, I threw them away, so my dog wouldn't break a tooth. Back to Chewy for this item
