The Tablets are large but have a coating that allows them to go down easily. I sleep much better and muscle cramps are almost gone. I definitely would recomend this product.

This is a great product. It is NON-GMO and Country Life thankfully, does not add pepper to their Magnesium unlike many other companies who have just started this practice.
