I like this Coenzyme B Complex with C complex. This coenzyme water-soluble vitamins contains B vitamins in well-absorbed forms and in good doses. Also, vitamin C is presented here in 8 forms as ascorbic acid, potassium ascorbate, calcium ascorbate, magnesium ascorbate, zinc ascorbate, manganese ascorbate, copper ascorbate, chromium ascorbate. Regarding to stress managing this complex contains 76 mg of pantothenic acid in two caps. It is essential for healthy adrenal function. Healthy adrenal glands play an important role in effectively managing stress. But for stress relief you need higher doses of pantothenic acid like 100 - 250 mg. You can take 1 cap per day or 2 caps per day in the morning during 1 - 2 months, then break for few months. Don't take this complex on an ongoing basis. I was told to take NADH and other ingredients in this COUNTRY LIFE ADVANCED B, by an integrative medical practitioner due to adrenal fatigue. It was expensive and when I found this quality supplement I switched and never looked back. There is no niacin flush, which is great. It positively effects my energy levels and got me back to working full time after 2 years of being really unwell. It supports/regulates my nervous system and metabolism.

I purchased this after seeing the ingredient list of a very costly supplement targeted at cognitive and phisical decline after menopause. When trying to match the costly product effect with other altenatives I came across this one. It seems to contain every Vitamin B needed and I know Country Life brand from other quality products I already use.

This supplement in capsule form offers no medicine taste which other in tablets form has strong odors, my teenage daughter and wife do not like tablets form. I take this supplement for few weeks and make me feel more concentrate and less tire in works.

What stops this B-complex from being Number 1, the confusion over its folate content. I do think Country Life is a bit misleading, pointing out it contains Quatrefolic (Methyltetrahydrofolate) as higlighted on the packaging and ingredients and yet the majority folate is cheap folic acid. Why does your "Coenzyme B-Complex," product have this and not your "Advanced"?This is my only complaint. Just fix your fomulation, and sell a better quality product. Don't be misleading. It is 1 star away from being a perfect product. It is a mostly well formulted product otherwise (other than folate confusion), with vitamin levels not too strong and complimentary vitamins it needs and not overbloated with other vitamins I don't need.

These were recommended to me because they have no fillers and are allergen free but when I received them I could not find that they are GMO free. I tried to get information from manufacturer and they could not tell me if they were or not and then I received an email from supplier saying that they are not free of GMO ingredients. So so disappointing . I prefer to have some fillers in my supplements over GMOs. Through them out.
