Nice blend of B's
This is right now the preferred b supplament I take. The other is Jarrow's B-Right optimized complex. I like this version because it includes Benfatomine, Mineral ascorbates (Vit C source), and PQQ (anti aging supplement). My only gripe would be the concentrations of some of the ingredients. I would prefer them be less as excess simply gets dumped in the urine.

misleading label
I bought this product because it advertised that it contained "Methyl folate. But then after I had it, I noticed that the label actually said, it contained BOTH forms -- methyl folate AND folic acid. Folic acid is the cheaper (synthetic)form, but new research has convinced me that it should be avoided altogether. So this product really left me distrustful now of this manufacturer.
