Omg! I had diarrhea and stomach aches
Omg! I felt so sick after 3h of taking 1 soft gel pills. I took it after lunch, same food I eat everyday. Got this vitamin exactly because I am on diet. I wanted make sure I have enough vitamins for my hair.. But I had diarrhea + stomach aches pain + vomit. And still in pain for the night
