I had already consumed other brands of enzymes, but nothing like these! I use them every time I go out to eat. The problem with me is always the quality of the ingredients. Saturated fats and dairy have always been my problem when I eat out, but not anymore! I take them 20 minutes before the meal and that's it, I haven't had any more problems.

Good, whole-foods vegan meals can sometimes be hard to digest, but this supplement really helps with that. I don't take it often, but I do keep it in my purse for when I eat meals heavy on the raw veg or cruciferous veg. I like buying this product because it is good for the gut. I can't tell whether it is superior to others I have taken in the past but I always choose vegan products and have trusted Country Life for years. This item is less expensive than the alternative brand I typically bought before and which became unreasonably more expensive when the pandemic started. I also prefer glass bottles (which this is) as recycling glass is less harmful for rhe environment than recycling plastic. Storing food etc in and ingesting items from plastic containers is also fraught with more health risk than from plastic containers.

For a low cost digestive enzyme this one took me by surprise but it took some experimenting to get it right. On the bottle they suggest taking them at the beginning of a meal but in my experience they are far more effective to take in the middle of the meal. Now they are working just as well as my Garden of Life enzymes for half the cost.

Helps with digestion. I particularly like the fact that it helps break down phytates. The Country Life brand usually has good quality products with minimal additives and this product is no different. I take it with every heavy meal and it helps with digestion and even some food sensitivities.

I bought this because I'm lactose intolerant and this item looked high quality and relatively healthy—I was also having a bunch of GI issues from having had covid and etc. This item didn't seem to help me with my particular issues, so I stopped using it. But the enzymes in it still seem pretty impressive and they may alleviate discomfort of other kinds or for other people.

I sometimes have trouble digesting my food (either from eating too fast or being stressed) and enzymes really help. I like Country Life as a brand, but I'm not sure I'm crazy about these enzymes (I've used better), but they are still better than nothing!
