Country Life Melatonin, Rapid Release, 1 mg, 120 Tablets

EXCELLENT SLEEP - with no groggy after-affects in the morning. This stuff is the ticket, for me! I've tried other melatonin products but didn't like the way they made me feel. This CountryLife product is just enough, or maybe it's the way they make it - I don't know - but it does what I hoped - AWESOME RESTFUL SLEEP - and no after affects!

I was getting nightmares when taking higher doses of melatonin so I tried this dose of 1mg and it worked perfectly for me. Helped me fall asleep and stay asleep without waking up to vivid dreams.

I like lower dose melatonin - I find the high dose doesn't work as well for me. Easy to swallow, seems to work. Good ingredients.

Helps with sleep with zero side effects! I have tried other brands of melatonin but none of them compare to Country Life in effectiveness and no negative reactions.

I appreciate that these are low dose, and effective. The packaging is great because it is a glass bottle, however the lid seems to have trouble closing all the way. I like that there seem to be less ingredients than other brands in the same dosage, yet the tablets are somewhat large in comparison and are difficult to swallow without water. Overall it's a good product, may try another brand next time.

This helps to fall asleep fast, but doesn't help me stay asleep

It helps me fall asleep a little faster, but I still wake up in the middle of the night sometimes. The pills are a bit large and can be hard to swallow.
