Very effective for me even at 1/2 dose (pill cut in half). I don't use daily. Just when a little less than tired enough to fall asleep at bed time. 2 or 3 times per week.

Tablets are a little bigger than my usual brand but I like that Country Life has smaller doses. Bottle is glass.

I have a trouble of waking up too early and I was hoping melatonin might help me to sleep longer, but I haven't noticed any difference. There were no side effects though
