Doesn't seem like a bad product, but I can't say I noticed any major changes. I believe the changes I saw were from my active lifestyle, although maybe this helped.

I received this as a sample to test. It gave me a little extra energy, but no significant change in weight has happened in the month of use. I kept my exercise and food intake balance while using this, but saw no real change compared to my normal diet. I did most definitely feel a boost of energy after using it, but faded quicker than anticipated.
