I started taking the pills a week from my period. I can't confirm for sure but my stomach ache and breast tenderness is a bit mild nothing drastic so I'll update my review after my cycle Hopefully this works cause my PMS is like 3 week of each month lol Update: it's almost a month and I can say this's no magic pill but it helps to some extent with the pain and bloating but not much with mood and breast tenderness. I still have my PMS symptoms but a bit milder.

Affordable for the results. I usually get bad PMS after only 1 month I saw results. I'll use for at least 3 months to see the full potential. I'm avoiding pain meds because they mask the issue and they are harsh on the liver. I hope this will help balance my hormones /PMS

I've been using this for the past few months and I have to say truly does work I take 3 pills a day during pms, morning noon and evening and I think sometimes I didn't even need to take my regular painkiller pills. although the pills are large and that's usually an issue for me I find them easy to swallow and they have absolutely no flavor.

Just got this product along wish ashwagandha pills which really helped my mood idk if it was this or the ashwagandha.. I been suffering from Bad PMS symptoms after taking the birth control shot once years ago but definitely taking this when my monthly time come around

Badly wanted to try PEA for the incredible menstrual cramps and pains I get every month. It's been this way forever and no doctor has ever helped to properly look into it. I've heard PEA being gentler on the digestive tract than nsaids and because I often get diarrhea too I decides to give this a try. Will report again when the time of the month comes.

I was recommended this product by my integrative medicine specialist so I expect it is a quality product. I took it for two months and I actually felt like my periods were becoming more of an event than less. I perhaps did not give it long enough, but I was not inclined to order another box and have stuck with evening primrose and anther female hormone balancing hormone supplement from which I do notice an improvement.

The quantity is a lot, It's has a little effects on the symptoms.

doesnt do anything, doesnt taste like anything either. you wont benefit from taking these but its not gonna do anything bad either. the quality sort of reminds me of the stuff you buy in the corner on dollartree in clearance. the size is average. dosage is one pill a day.

Didn't see any changes after 1 week of taking. Angry, moody, teary, bloating and breast tenderness as well. Everything and even worse( twice tried to withdraw from relationship.
