It's to my understanding that resveratrol is one of those ingredients which can not always be assessed for objective efficacy (eg blood labs), however the research on it is compelling, and a substantial portion of the population could benefit from the activation of Sirtuin genes. I would only suggest ensuring adequate B3 intake, as it's required for the resveratrol to activate these sirtuins. Excellent product!

I have been taking this brand of resveratrol for over 6 months and do feel alot more energy and along with the asai berry I take, from Swanson as well, I have lot weight and been able to maintain it better. I, of course, also exercise and try to lead a healthy lifestyle. Swanson has such quality products at excellent and fair prices. I have shopped with them for years and have not found more variety of products as well as prices anywhere else, I appreceiate them so much.

Very good resveratrol product that is priced right and delivers the goods. I noticed a few others have commented on the smell. That's a mystery to me. The smell is a very subtle musty wine type of smell that you really have to stick you nose over the mouth of the bottle to notice. Besides, what wrong with the smell of wine?.....nothing in my books. I have noticed a healthier appearance overall since I started taking this product. I feel more alert and active, and believe that at least some part of this new found "Glow" is related to this product. I have taken other resveratrol products and would rate this one at or near the top of the heap. Country Life's Resveratrol Plus is a winner.

This product has really given me my life back. Before taking this product i had no energy, was always tired and weak. After taking this product i notice i can go from 530am -11pm and still get up the next day at 530am feeling good. I can work out longer. I dont require as much sleep. I have tried other products to give me energy and strength to make it througth the day, but none of them worked as well as this product.

This is a fantastic product at an equally fantastic price. One of the reviewers complained about the smell? I think it smells like wine which is what it is made from. I actually stick my nose in the bottle and it whisks me away to Napa with the wonderful smell of aging wine. Truly a delight!

Haven't noticed any difference since I began taking these, but I guess that's how it goes with supplements that support cardiovascular health, just hard to know if it's actually something I need. They also have grape seed and pine bark extract, I didn't realize that when I ordered them.
