This is alright as the size is perfect for the amount of IU it has. I did notice an improvement in immunity and it is amazing when i stop how the effect kicks in and i might get a cold or something like that. The absorption seems to be good too. I use this before meal. I only eat once a day.

I like Country Life quality, and i believe these vitamin D's are good as well. Have been taking them for a month, but i don't feel a big difference.
