Daily Total One with Maxi-Sorb covers a lot of supplement territory in one easy capsule (so much easier on the stomach than a tablet). It's a really good broad-spectrum multi that also contains Vitamin K- which isn't included in most of the comparable products I researched. Overall, I'd say it does a great job balancing a comprehensive supplement with terrific convenience at an affordable price.

We have been using this Daily Multivitamin for years, as it seems to have a good selection of vitamins and minerals, a small quantity of Vitamin A and NO IRON.

I have several food allergies and this multi-vitamin is excellent, no fish, shellfish, soy, corn, dairy and especially gluten. Great buy

Country Life is a good vegetarian vitamin for women. The best part is that you only take one capsule a day and.they're not too big. Lot of good nutrition packed inside. I was taking a different brand and couldnt see taking 3 caps a day. This is a definitly an excellent choice!

Why do they put Ferrous Gluconate (Iron) in this multivitamin?

I bought these vitamins for my daughter because they are vegetarian. Unfortunately, they STINK! Literally! They have a terrible odor, and she says she could taste it hours later. I think I will send them back. Swanson used to make their own vegetarian multivitamins, but they are no longer available. I wish they would bring them back.
