Cover Girl Clean Whipped Creme Foundation

I like this Clean Whipped Creme Foundation. It's leaves my skin natural looking and fresh. It isn't drying after it sets. It doesn't settle in fine lines or deep creases on my face. I recommend this Covergirl product, it is nice and light and natural looking on my face and doesn't cause breakouts. This is great foundation. The coverage is great and it feels like putting velvet on your face. I also like the fact that it comes in a jar, which allows me to use every last drop plus I can see when it's almost gone and time to buy another one.

This product is 100% worth the money you spend. I bought this 2 weeks ago and it looks flawless. I have some discoloration without make up, and with this product my skin tone is even and I could not be happier with it!

I recently started using this product from Covergirl because i ran out of my old foundation and was looking to try something new. I have acne and I find that this product covers the redness quite well and gives your face a flawless look, Must Buy!

This is a great product. I spotted it on the shelf where I usually shop and realized I only knew about the liquid Clean Makeup. This version of Clean, (Whipped Creme) is perfect for older skin 50+. It hydrates and hides imperfections. Love it!

You don't have to use much to get this everywhere you need it. It's very smooth, doesn't flake or have lines. All you need is a tiny dab on the tips of your fingers and work it in. Be careful though. As it's creamy, it needs to be sitting up right at all times or you'll have a huge mess next time you open it. The only problem I can find is you have to put it on layer at a time if you need it a bit thicker in some places. Under my eyes is very dark so I have to put another layer on once or twice.. but, this is useful if you don't want a thick color on your cheeks.

I got this because of the stellar reviews and I didn't see anything that indicated it wasn't for people with normal/dry skin. I shouldn't have been expecting much given the price and my unspectacular previous experiences with Covergirl (I tend to stick to Maybelline), but at the same time I was really excited to try something new that people were raving about. As I indicated, I have dry skin and have to be careful about what I put on my face, however I love the whole matte look so I don't really like liquids and cremes (the struggle is real). I found that this product not only dried out my skin more than my previously blacklisted Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse (amazing/favorite product that I sadly can't wear because of my skin, at least not by itself), but the coverage was also very sub-par, not at all medium to full as I expected, and while it was drying it still somehow left I slightly shiny finish. All it did was make my skin lighter (the color I got was just a tad too light for me, so I cannot complain about the shade), but did not really hide my (few and minor) blemishes, and my skin was in worse condition after wearing. Better than no makeup I suppose, but not something I will ever buy again (though I'm currently out of all other makeup so I'm having to make due for now). I tried my best to mitigate the negative aspects of the makeup by applying a heavy nightcream before instead of my regular, light primer. It still dried and just felt heavier. I tried applying a semi-moisturizing liquid foundation for normal skin (Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse) after applying this makeup (and sans nightcream) and that yielded the best results as the liquid foundation was slightly too dark for me and too oily, so they kind of cancelled each other out. However, even the liquid had better coverage than Covergirl's Whipped Creme. The only reason I am not giving this one star is because a) I have never given only one star on principle and b.1) it has potential for people on a budget with oily skin who want oil control and medium coverage, and b.2) a lot of people seem to love it. Still, if you're like those described in b.1, I really recommend Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse. It has great coverage and the 3rd from the lightest shade matches my skin /perfectly/ and I almost wish my skin was normal/oily just so that I could wear it. Literally the same as Covergirl Whipped Creme but with fuller coverage, smoother application and consistency, and longer wear. It also sets better and is more realistic in my opinion. Slightly more expensive I think but so worth.
