I know nothing about make up, but I know that I have a red face without using this. I really love this product. It's lightweight and smells good. Will be repurchasing

I love this primer. It has light concealing and a smooth finish without being too matte. You can layer it if you want more of the effect. You get a good amount, making it a great price. This is my second bottle.

I'm using retin a so my skin is very pink and red in some areas This product covers the redness with a light layer plus it's good for your skin.

It's OK, it does blur imperfections somewhat and calms redness, but it's a little too 'glowy' for me (I'm 70- I don't want THAT much attention on my face :D) I do like the feel of it on my skin, tho. It feels light and it blends easily. I ended up mixing it half and half with some heavy-coverage foundation I rarely use and I find I'm using that combo several times a week. An added plus, the foundation is pricey, so this product is going to make it last a lot longer. Overall, I'm satisfied with this purchase, even tho I'm using it a little different from how it's intended. Compared to other products that claim to do the same thing, the price for this is excellent!

Good product. I love it as a primer; my issue is that it doesn't have the coverage I need, so I use a full-coverage product on top, but the primer still works.

wasnt something i would reach for i used it once and it looked really uneven fot color corrector primer

Made my face very cracked and dry looking when put makeup on over it. Feels good going on but not good as a primer for me at all.

Very disappointed. I've worn Covergirl for loke 50 years and been very happy. This product is awful! It doesn't smooth properly on the skin. Places hold more product than others. Have to remove/smooth with a tissue. Even using finger to try to smooth does nothing.

Not sure what all the fuss is about. This product makes my skin feel dry, and I see no brightening effect. It is definitely pink, but seems to disappear once I apply it. Like totally disappear. I've used other pink brighteners, and have loved them, but this one seems invisible to me. I'm not a fan.

I have used other brands that notably decreased my redness. This did not havw that effect and I was not satisfied with the purchase.
