COVERGIRL Perfect Blend Eyeliner, Basic Black 100, 0.03 fl oz

Only eyeliner I use. Been using it for 20 yrs. Easy to apply and it rarely if ever smudges. I know it's not 1 of the higher costing eyeliners but it works great for me! Ppl always get fooled into thinking the more expensive the product is the better but that's not always the case.

I have been using the perfect blend for years and I have tried many. It doesn't have that burn that a lot of the pens do and it lasts just as long with no running that you can sometimes get with other liners.

Have only used this eyeliner for many years. But there are many and have tried many others throughout those years that say they are the best...the fancy ones, the self sharpening, the liquid, the last forever ones, blah blah but this one is keeper !! CG Perfect Blend's tried and true application , wear, durability, blend ability, and or precision and appearance are by far, better than Anything else I have tried .. and so affordable too. I always end up giving those trendy, pricey, never work as well , other ones away to my young niece.. she's experimenting and I no longer need to. COVER GIRL.. PLEASE DON'T EVER STOP MAKING THIS EYELINER PENCIL .. I would be lost 😔

This brown pencil is perfect for a brows and even better as a lip liner for darker skinned women! It looks natural on the brow and natural on the lips. Always my go to and always in my bag!

It's a flashback to my younger self when make-up was simple. I forgot how good it was and after getting frustrated with my eye pencils I decided to see if it was still available all these years later because it went on easy and it stayed. Thank goodness it's still available!

I have used this same eye pencil since high school, and that was a long time ago. I still use it even though I have switched over to liquid eyeliner. Sometimes I just use this becuase it is less "severe" looking and it's quicker to apply for me. The pencil is a softer consistancy than the covergirl pencils that don't include the blending tip, and goes on easily. It's nice they included a blending stump, but on eyelids I rarely use it.

Finally! An eyeliner that is a true pencil that does not break off. I prefer sharpening my eyeliners myself and this one is great. It also has staying power and does not smudge. A keeper!

TRYED THIS COVER GIRL EYELINER AND LIKED IT SO MUCH MORE THAN MAYBELLINE EYELINER IT DOSENT SMUDGE AS MUCH AS THE MAYBELLINE SO WILL CONTINUE BUYING COVER GIRL

This eye liner pencil is too hard to make a line on one's delicate eyelid. It is not at all creamy as one would expect a liner to be. It does not "glide" on and one must press pretty hard to get any color on the eyelid at all. I will not press hard on my eyelids for the chance of damage to the eyeball.
