COVERGIRL Professional 3-in-1 Mascara, 210 Black Brown is a very good product. The black brown color is perfect, not as harsh as any of the black colors. As I get older I realize I need softer color mascara. I often think the brush is what really makes me want to buy the product again. This brush is a perfect size, making it easy to apply the mascara.
I have used this mascara for over 10 years and every time I think I will try something new, nothing else stands up to it. It is waterproof, but does come off easily with soap and water. Does not clump or feel heavy. Does not leave you looking like you have raccoon eyes at the end of the day.Does not flake at all. Will use forever. Hope they never change it.
It was a lot easier to use. I like that the brush is straight. The color is natural, even though it's black. And it did not wear off.. I didn't mean it like that. There's two people. I definitely recommend this mascara and it was under five dollars. And yes, I laid out today and tested this mascara
First off I've been using the same mascara since I was in high school. I am 46 years old. It's the best waterproof mascara you can get. It's not clumpy and has a good brush on it. It doesn't come off easily unless you have oils or lotion and moisturizer on your face. You can cry you can swim in it. When I was younger it was in a green tube. And it was just called waterproof Cover Girl. It's still an awesome product.
AFTER TRYING SEVERAL MASCARA'S I ALWAYS PUT THIS ON FIRST SO THAT THE MASCARA GLIDES ON BETTER. AFTER A WHILE OF USING THIS PRODUCT I JUST PUT THE CLEAR MASCARA ON AND NOTHING ELSE AND WORKS AS GOOD BY ITSELF. DON'T WASTE MONEY ON EXPENSIVE CLUMPY STICKY MASCARA. WHEN I TELL MY FRIENDS I JUST WEAR COVER GIRL CLEAR MASCARA THEY ARE SHOCKED.
I have been using this product for many years basically because I wear contact lenses and this mascara does not flake. Unfortunately, the new product is extremely waterproof. I had to purchase makeup remover because it will not come off with soap and water. Even with the makeup remover, I'm still left with smudges. We'll have to find something new.
This may work well if you already have very long, curled and dark lashes, but it does absolutely nothing for straight or light lashes. It doesn't even look like you add anything to them except possibly that they are “wet”. The hold doesn't exist if you try to curl them and it isnt even a decent undercoat for mascara (which defeats the purpose of wanting it to be used without any mascara anyway)
It has a strong smell like chemicals. I usually use natural or organic mascara that smells like berry so this one was a bit too strong in scent. The water proof one didn't have that strong smell and it worked fine. This one didn't really work for me on my lashes.
This mascara does not stay on. It flakes all over the place and smudges badly. It used to be my favorite waterproof mascara. It used to be good. It also used to come in. Multiple colors. I'm going to look elsewhere now! Do not buy it!
Bought this mascara and I was very excited to use it. I could not get it open at all. I even tried using my teeth, I tried asking someone else for help, I even tried pliers and couldn't even open this bottle of mascara. How disappointing. I'm will be asking for a refund.
