COVERGIRL Smoothers AquaSmooth Compact Foundation with SPF 20, Natural Ivory 715, 0.4 oz

I've been using this product for more than 20 years because it has always worked so well on my skin. Covers rosacea redness, doesn't irritate or cause breakouts. Has sun protection built in. Convenient mess free application. Getting harder to find my shade though. I get a lot of comments on how nice my skin looks — let me tell you, it's the makeup. My morning makeup routine takes one minute. I don't use primer, powders or spray, just this. I realize everyone's skin is different, and I have been very fortunate to find an affordable product that works so well for me.

My favorite makeup hands down. It has a nice creamy texture that doesn't leave your skin looking cakey or matte. It leaves a more natural dewy look to your skin. For mature skin, this is a win. I only use pressed powder on eyelids and leave the rest free of powder and follow up with a glow stick from Physician's formula for cheeks (no powder blush). Perfect dewy looking makeup year round.

I have bought this brand and type of foundation off and on for years. I tend to always come back to it. I like the way it covers and the ease of putting it on. It applies smoothly and evenly. Covers the redness I have on my face quite well. And seems to last quite a while when I wear it.

This is an oldie but goodie and I'm glad they still carry it. They have now moved it to the bottom shelf as it's an older brand, but still very loved. There are limited colors available, but luckily they do have mine. The classic ivory 710 is a warm ivory while the regular ivory is a red based cool ivory. This make up I believe is about 20 years old, but it is the same thing as the Cover Girl Olay Simply Ageless cream makeup that is twice or more the price. Since it is a cream, it is great for older women. You can pad it on with the included sponge without breaking the delicate skin on your face or you can brush it on with a brush which is my preferred way. Since I have older dehydrated skin, it is very easy to break the skin on my face so I can no longer rub on make up with my hands but using a brush or patting it on with the sponge works great. Using a brush I would call it medium coverage. If you want heavy coverage, then you can pat it on more thickly. I love it and will continue to buy it as long as they keep selling it.

Have used this awesome makeup to even out my white/ pink skin tones on my face. The coverage also eliminates the darker skin under my eyes. The sponge applicator allows you to control how much/little you use. If I apply only this and nothing else- my face looks like no make up and the color of skin looks even and natural. The make-up comes in numerous shades. My skin color is hard to match and i can find my match with this Covergirl product. Please Covergirl - never stop production of this line.

Fantastic formula as a sunscreen. Applied lightly with the included sponge, I generally smooth it out with my fingers and it finishes like a beautiful tinted moisturizer. It is barely detectable whilst providing good sun protection. It is not like I will be sunning at the beach all day so this is perfectly adequate for indoors and going about your typical day. It is SPF 20 and no sun burn so far. What a great little affordable compact with a beautiful well thought out formula. Covergirl rocks! Definitely will purchase again.

This is my first time to use this type of foundation and so far it's very good. I've used CG for a long time but in a different format. I do like this foundation and I will buy it again.

I have worn COVERGIRL Aquasmoothers. makeup for years. It provides great coverage without looking cakey. An added bonus is SPF protection. The makeup blends nicely even if you use a primer or moisturizer. It is also great for travel and the compact has a mirror for quick touch ups. Also there are many shades to choose from. The price is affordable as well.

Gosh I wanted to like this product. I've used it 5 times. It settles right in my light forehead wrinkles. It doesn't cover and won't build on my nose and chin, and looks weird above my lip. I do like the coverage on my neck. I'll be changing back to my liquid Covergirl.

If you aren't a fake tanned shade of orange tinted “white”, it won't looked great at all. The whitest shade made my face look dirty %26 later patchy, because as it sets it darkens further. It's okay as a last resort I guess, but it takes SO much blending that it's more sheer. The kind of makeup you would put on just to wash off very soon after, and not even mind the waste because it's basically trash anyways. Okay for concealing blemishes, but the shades are wildly dark considering I purchased the lightest offering.
