I bought this grill, the uniformity of heat on this grill is amazing. it performs as stated. Heats quickly and evenly, non-stick and easy to clean. Food cooked on this grill taste better than my gas grill without all the mess, plus this electric grill doesn't dry the meat out like the previous electric grill I used. The previous grill I had runs on 240V , it cost me $500 just to rewire my balcony. This grill is perfect , I don't have to call electrician to rewire my place since it runs on 120V.

After an extremely long wait and several times the grill was supposed to be delivered an wasn't, we finally got the grill. I have never used an electric grill, only gas, but this grill worked pretty well. It is sturdy and hopefully will last a long time.

I love the compactness of this grill. Its perfect for 2-4 people. Great searing heat. My only complaints were, it was missing some of the screws for the anchoring of the base as well as the package was somewhat beat up, thus the grill was bent and dented in several places.

Great product once put together. Terrible packaging. Screws were falling out when it arrived. Package was ripped. Instructions for assembly were poor.

Terrific grill. better than I expected. However, the manufacturer doesn't really care about sending along detailed assembly instructions. The piece they send and the same piece the retailer sent were of no help whatsoever. Took us hours to figure it out when we finally found 1 "YouTube" video that gave us enough of a hint to finally get it assembled. Cannot imagine when you pay almost $1k for a grill they cannot send along assembly instructions.

I feel like a "fool" for paying so much money and now stuck with this albatross...the instructions are the worst you have ever seen. The cover only goes on after you remove the side shelves! There is no cover for the pedestal unit....the on-line support is "unfamiliar" with the product. Do not buy this if you want to feel like you got a value for over 700.00 !

First of all the assembly instructions are very confusing. No illustrations. I don't think this grill will last 5yrs. My old electric grill for $250.00 lasted 17yrs. Sure I replaced parts to keep it going. With this grill I don't even think parts will be available. Way to expensive. The cover that comes with this grill is only for grill without pedestal. I purchased a cover separately. I haven't used the grill for cooking yet. I don't expect it will do anything that another grill is capable of doing.
