I ordered the product one day and it was delivered the next. The company called me to make sure that delivery was satisfactory. I put the product together all by myself. It is perfect. My cat loves it.

My kitten was crying at the back door to go outside. She is an inside kitty so I just couldn't just let her out. I ordered this catio and she loves it. You do need 2 people to assemble. It took about 45 minutes. I don't feel the lock for the door is secure enough so I'm going to purchase another kind. I did make a platform with wheels to put the catio on. I does not come with a platform. She loves being in the sunshine and to watch the hummingbirds %26 bees. I would recommend this catio. Young woman from the company did call and leave me a message saying if I needed any help to call.

This cat patio is perfect the wood is sturdy and strong . Set up was easy to understand I will recommend

It is perfect for my cat to enjoy the backyard and be safe. She is very happy in it when I put her out there to enjoy the fresh air and birdies.

very sturdy material came with a staple gun and staples nice wire material very easy and precise instruction manual no problem with shipping either

was easy to assemble and my cat absokutely loves it. hes happy , so im happy! Its sturdy and the real shingle flat roof is great .. over all i give it 5 stars. if i could give it more i would bc its helping save my cats life.!!

Every single pre-drilled hole was misplaced on each individual piece of wood. I only gave it 3 stars because of how I was able to save it. Quality is decent

It was fairly easy to assemble and the finished product looked good. On the 4th day (it did not rain) the middle top shelf bowed and is out of the groove. I was able to push it back in and put a piece of cardboard underneath to keep it from caving in again.

it was not near as heavy duty as described. The shelves are not attached well with just some staples holding the brackets together. first time one of the cats jumped up on it, it gave way. I fixed them with screws. we did also notice it was not very stable when moving and that was one reason to have it, moving around on the lawn. i did it down on a stronger base, but the top still wiggles a lot when pushed against lightly. i would not recommend it unless it was going to be left in one place on a solid surface and hooked to something else. it won't let me attach a video of how it wiggles.

missing parts . said easy to put together, not! no drill needed, not! you need more complete instructions. if I'd had a way, it would have gone back to the store for a refund! not a happy customer!
