CP Presidential Blonde Halloween Costume Wig, with Adjustable Strap for Ages 10

Poor quality, didn't fit price too high. Not worth it!

Ordered several wigs through Walmart - most or all through 3rd party sellers. So far all but this one came in packaging that says what it is and looks clean and new. Not so with this one. Came in clear plastic bag like the kind you buy at the grocery store to hold food and close with a twist tie - without the twist tie. There was no documentation of which wig this was (eg, pic of product that accompanies normal new costume wigs, or invoice slip), so I had to go through my order and figure out what item this was in the cheap, open plastic bag by process of elimination. And since it came like this and I can't be remotely confident that it's new, for all I know it is dirty or was worn by somebody with dandruff, lice, or whatever. Gross. Never gonna wear it - just threw it in a sealed plastic bag and put it in the trash. Pic attached shows how this wig arrived once I opened the outer/mailing package (see unsealed clear bag near feet), and how all of the other wigs I ordered arrived for comparison.
