Far more economic and easier to feed than the paste. My horse and his friends eats this easily with his soaked grain at horse shows. Seems to help take the edge off and keep them focused.
This supplement works great for my mare when preparing her for big USEF shows. I start it two days before and it helps her with her anxiety. Love it! Will not show without it!
I found that there was an excellent calming response and a very even response to this product, will definitely use again!
This is a MUST when showing my daughter's OTTB. It helps chill him out so he can focus on his job. We are never without it!
In use this at shows and puts my gelding in a steady and easy frame of mind in the ring!!
There has to be made more affordable...it is way too expensive.
Following the directions, I started giving this to my OTTB a few days before a competition. He wouldn't touch his food, even when I added some molasses to it. I tried the pastes also the day before and day of competition and he hated it. He wouldn't even swallow it and would hold it in his mouth and then drop it all out and make a mess.
The horse that I bought this for wouldn't touch it. So, I tried it on four other horses to see what they had to say. Not a single one of them would touch the stuff. Not even a gelding that get four pounds of senior feed. He wouldn't touch his feed with this stuff mixed in. It's crazy that he would turn up his nose when there was barely any of this mixed in to four pounds of "horse candy". What a waste of money!
Bought this to try but none of my horses would eat it. Tried mixing with several other favorite foods and still would not eat. Returned.
I was really hoping this would be beneficial, but my horse wouldn't touch it even mixed with her grain. I tried several times. She just walked away. I can't say it doesn't work though, if your horse will eat it.
