I love this craft large ice cream scooper. It is a large size so you get big scoops which is great. The release handle piece works really well. This is easy to clean and makes serving ice cream much more convenient. Really sturdy and good quality. Definitely recommend.

I have not had an ice cream scoop in years and I had forgotten how useful they are for multiple things. I've enjoyed using it for mashed potatoes because they look so pretty, stuffing and also filling muffin tins. The scoop works like a champ, nice weight and very well made. I would recommend this scoop for everyone that has a kitchen. Get creative...you will love it and if you just want to use it for ice cream, it's perfect!

I am really enjoying my Craft kitchen trigger scoop, its a metal large size scoop, I like the easy to use squeese and release lever, also the handle is a so easy to hold and fits nicely in my hand. I use it for making meatballs, cake pops and of course for Ice Cream, it has a lot of uses, cleasns easly and storage is easy as well.....I highly recommend this

With 2 kids,and a husband's b days coming up and lots of cake.and ice cream being in the house this was a life saver lol..atleast 6 for each "party" a spoon wasn't cutting it and I needed to call in the troops.. this thing did the trick. Nice and sturdy, easy release. Worth every penny

I've used this gadget for everything from mashed potatoes, to Greek yogurt, to ice cream. When using it for ice cream, use hot water to warm it up, of course for but even on hard frozen ice cream it feels fairly sturdy. The little round flipping gadget works fine and seems sturdy enough also. Nice little kitchen gadget to have. I'm also looking to see if they have a cookie dough scoop to try out.

Let me start this off by saying I have gone through a good handful of cookie scoops in the last few years because we use them often! This trigger scoop makes pretty big cookies! It works well with different types of dough. It is also the perfect size for scooping batter for cupcakes! This is a great tool to have in your kitchen. Highly recommend!

I love kitchen scoops! I have a few of varying sizes and use them quite frequently. This is the largest one I own now. It is exactly like one of my smaller ones that I use most often! I haven't had this one long enough to give it the “test of time” and that's why I only gave it a ‘good' rating instead of an ‘excellent' rating because with past experience the trigger can tend to start slipping a cog and it makes it pretty useless! Because of that I've had to throw them in the trash. That is not the case with this Craft Trigger Scoop. I hope to use this mainly for scooping Icecream! It is the perfect size for perfectly round scoops. My smaller ones I use to scoop cookie dough and it gives nice, consistently round, equally shaped dough.

I've used this ice cream scoop for cake batter, cookie dough and ice cream... and so far it works very well. The scoop is metal but the handle is covered in a soft material that prevents my hands from hurting after prolonged use. The trigger mechanism moves easily and foods pop right out. It's a little difficult to use if the food is too firm/frozen, but overall it works exactly like it should. I've hand-washed it several times and there's been no rusting or changes in the appearance.

The escape reminds me of the ones that I had as a kid. It looks as if it's very well built and sturdy reminds me of the old ones that used to use at Braum's to scoop your ice cream out with. I really like the rubber insulated handle and makes it extremely comfortable and not cold whatsoever.Overall I would recommend this to my family for friends.
