Craftsman 1/2 Inch Drive Digital Torque Wrench

Used once so far. As described works as it should. Boxing was overkill. box was almost 5 ft long, yes 5 ft long. Wouldn't tell anyone this was a bad purchase.

It closes and stays closed and protects it. The handle is very comfortable for my hands. It measures in N-m, in-lb, ft-lb, kg-cm, and degrees. There are four buttons to adjust the settings. A very essential item for your tool collection. This made it so easy to work on my vehicle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This torque wrench is great because you can measure N-m, in-lb, ft-lb, kg-cm, and degrees with one torque wrench. this allows you to carry one tool to handle five jobs.the large LCD screen has fast readouts. (2) leds allow you to see the accuracy when closing on the final torque.

The large easy to read digital screen was really helpful. The design was simply to make adjustments and specs. The 2 led lights were a added bonus.

I am not a mechanic, but just do small things with Cars and such. The 1/;2 Digital Wrench is impressive and the visual and audible thresholds are nice. The instructions are so-so. My torque wrenches in the past have always been manual. So, with this Digital one, I see that they mention"Degrees". Would someone be willing to tell me what the degrees setting is used for. The only thing I can think of is that you would have an adjustment that would require lets say 270 degrees of rotation (?)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1/2-in. Drive Digital Torque Wrench by Craftsman is an impressive tool. I've yet to be disappointed by Craftsman tools and this is of no exception. The tool itself is impressive in looks and comes with a nice storage case. I appreciate the light weight - which makes it all the more easier to use on those hard to reach areas. We have been restoring an old tractor and this tool has come to be the go to. It's easy to change settling and bees when getting close to the needed torque. The handle provides a strong grip and the light is a huge bonus. It does take time to learn the lights and beeps but that goes without saying. It would be nice to have the display screen have an adjustable screen setting for brightness. It tends to be more difficult to read in darker settings. But overall, very impressed with this tool and appreciate the ease it provides in getting the tough jobs done.

I buy this product is good I do not deny it but just when the guarantee was finished it gave problems the lights no longer turn on and the digital screen does not look good.
