I sure needed these batteries. They're perfect for my caulking, gun and other equipment.

I have had the battery on the charger for several hours that I just bought this morning and it won't stop blinking green. Can I get a new charger and/ or battery?

This is not what they send you. They send some other contraption which the actually sell on the site for half the price paid for this item. Thus, all I can review is the substitution which is extremely unsatisfactory.

I bought a brand new craftsman battery charger BUT I received mine in a ziplock bag NOT in the original packaging!!! NOT BRAND NEW!!!Now I have a problem how to return it to the store because it is in a ZIPLOCK Bag!!! I paid for a brand new craftsman battery charger not a used charger!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm giving it one star just to make this review. I love Craftsman, BUT…. First battery charger came with a set of several tools. No bueno. Did not work at all. Ordered another battery charger and that one also did NOT work. My husband and I tried everything. I'm so disappointed.

These chargers are junk i purchased a tool combo set that came with a charger charged my batteries one time and now the charger does not work any more it arc's when i plug it in to a socket i would not recommend i have been using craftsman tools all my live never had this happen before very Disappointed.

If craftsman made products as durable as their packaging I wouldn't have to switch to a different brand. Don't waste your time buying a replacement craftsman charger. Just get something else.

So excited to purchase my first weeder/blower combo kit on my own, since losing my husband in 2016. Both V20 batteries only run the blower for a max of 10 minutes, starts out strong but loses power quickly. When i attempt to charge the batteries, all i het is a green flashing light that goes in forever. Shoulda bought Milwaukee. So very disappointed. Hard earned money going in the trash.

Just bought a hedge trimmer today with the V20 battery . Says 60 mins approx for full charge . Been charging for 3 hours now and light is still blinking ??? What's up with that ? Worried about product now
