Craftsman 315115510/315114850 Drill Driver

Exactly what I need to fix my power tool.

The Switch arrived 1 week ahead of the date promised. The Switch fit perfectly, the only thing I needed to do was to de-solder the 2 wires from the Old Broken Switch from the motor

Worked great! Installed them in 2 old 19.2 drills & 1 newer one. They work like new!!

This probably would've worked just fine, but it turns out something else was wrong with my drill.

I bought this replacement switch for my Craftsman 19.2 volt drill. It worked, but I had to un-solder the the 2 wires on the switch and then solder on the wires from the drill motor. The 2 wires that were going to the battery connector were to long and stiff to bend to fit in the slot in the drill handle. I had to un-solder the wires and shorten them about 1/4 inch. Then I had to re-solder them to the switch to make it fit. Finally I was able to insert the switch and reassemble the drill. There should be a easier way to use this replacement switch. It also was cheaply made compared to the original switch. I hope will it last a long time.

while this arrived in a timely fashion, undamaged, this did NOT fit my drill and there was no way to alter either the drill or the switch to make it work. the switch itself may work great, i don't know, seller should specify if there is a certain year cutoff to which this piece is applicable.
