Craftsman Obd2 Code Reader

I've used it on both my own vehicles and on others with Check Engine codes on. I like that it gives the code plus the meaning of the code and part that needs changing and it gives live data and lets you print out sheets. You cant beat the price for this reader.

To get the Soft ware, Right click on the link, Select Copy Link Address, Open a New Browser window, Right Click on Box at the top of Browser and Select Paste. It will bring up a download box. just download it.

I purchased this product from a flea market but I cant update it because it says my serial number does not exist on the update software I have downloaded from the review's answer that another person has said they cant find the update software. Other than that, great product. Please help.

The first thing the instructions tell you to do is to connect you OBDII reader to your computer and made sure the reader is updated, however, there isn't any link to do this. This is not a good start.

Bought this product got it home it updated fine when i plug it in it will not connect says error trying to use it on a 2014 jeep cherokee and it says 1 if tool's OBD11 connector is connected to the vehicle's DLC 2if the ignition is on 3Verify that the vehicle is OBD11 is compliant

Got it today for Christmas went and hooked it up to my car worked like a charm went to check if it was up to date and the website won't let me register the product I keep getting an error code because it won't let me type the full serial number in so I can't get it to update. As soon as I get thus sorted out I'll definitely rate it at 5 stars

plug it in to my truck and i get power it will preform a battery test I believe. but i can not get it to read any codes. yes i know i has 2 of them 1 for a misfire on 8 and a knock senser bank 2. verified by 2 other obd2 reader but i can not get this one to talk to the truck.

I bought the CMMT77693 code reader. Website wont allow me to type in full serial number to register. 4 letters short.... Website won t allow me to download app or do anything when clicking on Update button.... I have a customers vehicle here and I need to use tool right away...I hope it works...

Just purchased, followed directions for software updates and the software updates will not update, so the code reader will not read. Tried on 2 vehicles and both vehicles read the same Error. Can not get software link below to download updates. Help!
