CRAFTSMAN V20 20-Volt Max 7-1/4-in Brushless Cordless Circular Saw bare tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One of the best saw I have used. It is quiet, powerful for any DIY work although I have put it under heavy loads and high number of hours. It draws power efficiently from the batteries I felt as it lasts much longer than some of the competitor saws my friends own.

I must say that I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality of these Craftsman Brushless RP tools. This saw, in particular, allows me to cut through some solid wood 2x12's with ease. This latest was a big project so I bought an extra blade but haven't had to open the packaging as the stock blade is still going strong. I would rate this as one of my all time favorite tools and I've used all grades and brands over the years. Fabulous Circular Saw that I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very easy to use even for the novice tool user ! not having to worry about the cord was great, makes it easier to store. the battery charges quickly and lasts a long time. I like that the same battery charger will fit any of the tools in the line so I don't have to pay for an additional battery and charger with each item.

It runs smooth no shaking so my cuts are very clean and precise. The guide keeps me safe as intended. Handle grips keeps a steady hold so im not loosing grip. The blade is very made and has lasted through dozens of small DIY projects.

It's ergonomics is awesome. The blade brake is quick to stop the blade. The battery life is awesome. Next project is my garden beds replacement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this saw because of the craftsman reputation and what the other V20 power tools and they are all good. But this saw can't cut a 2x4 without stopping several times! It doesn't have enough power to cut the wood and they (craftsman) show you a guy cutting a 1x3 piece of wood without much problems. It's not worth the price I went back to the corded saw with more cutting power to cut my pieces of wood.
