[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome tool. Its size and weight are ideal and make it extremely easy to maneuver and handle. Which means keeping the line straight or following a pattern is far easier than with something big and clunky. And surprisingly enough, despite its size it still packs plenty of power! Great purchase.

Been waiting for this trim router to come out and it does not disappoint. Router feels solid and comfortable with plenty of power to get the job done. It is not bulky and not too heavy with a 4AH battery attached to it and I like that the guide is made out of metal and not plastic. The only negative I have is that the battery is a little bit difficult to remove. Overall, an excellent tool and well worth the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Craftsman Router for 30 years and it always works great. This smaller battery operated one easily replaces my old one for most jobs and is easier to handle.

Strong small router. I have had this for about 6 months, the collet holds well, easy to change bits, the ease of use and lack of cord is excellent. has plenty of power for the uses of a small router. I would not use this for heavy surfacing, but works well for setting hinges and door latches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third router and by far my favorite. I can't even compare it with my pre-used older models. Technology changes so fast. The fact that is cordless is a must-have, as it is very annoying when the cord gets in your way. Second, it is very lightweight so easy to use even by the elderly who have arthritis. I love that it uses the same type of battery as my other Craftsman tools and for my projects the 2.0 AH is sufficient. Oh and did I mention that it has a light? Handy when working in a low-light environment. The vacuum adapter works well with my shop vac and is also a necessary thing. Some may say cordless, battery-operated routers are not as powerful as electric ones, but I think it does as good of a job. The end result depends a lot on the drill bits you use, too, so make sure to use some good quality ones. The set comes with a wrench to attach the bits.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this router. It's small, it's powerful and it's very adjustable. It would be a lifesaver for on site trim work or something similar. It's obviously not going to have the power that a full sized router will have. I also have a fairly small battery, so t hat limits the work I can do at one time. I'm a home DIYer, so I vacillate between really wanting laborer class tools and knowing that I don't use them enough to justify the expense. I think this Craftsman line is a decent step between the bottom of the line and 'professional' grade tools. I don't really appreciate how the cowling that holds the 'base' needs to be removed to switch out blades. IF you have the blade guard on (which fits terribly and the thumbscrew provided won't stay tightened), you have to remove that. Then you remove the cowling, and finally you can change blades. It's a small thing, but would be inconvenient if you had to do it too often. I already don't want to put the blade guard back on. Like I said, it's a minor inconvenience, but definitely feels like it needs to be mentioned.
