Hubby is happy
I bought this for my husband for his birthday. He absolutely loves it. He says it has a lot of power. It's easy to handle in your hand. It's smaller you can't beat the price anyway I have one happy husband. Thank you Wal-mart.

Great impact driver!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing works great. The battery life is good and it has plenty of power. The first one i had, there was a little issue with it and they replaced it really quick. That's what I really like about craftsman, they take good care of their customers!

Awesome impact.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this impact for about 6 months and it's been great, no issues at all. It makes easy work out of anything you need to break loose.

Super powerful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome and surprisingly strong for a much more compact size. Love the way it performs even with larger screws

This tool completly powers down my battery over night when not used. None of my other craftsman 20v tools do this. There is something wrong with it. How can I get a replacement. I live no where near a UPS store.
