Kit has all the items you need. silicon mat faulty
The kit includes everything you need. I would appreciate more recipes. My only concern is the quality of the silicone mat. I have only used it twice and it has two tears in it. I think it is a faulty mat. I would like to know how I can get it replaced.

It does not have a thermpmeter for the proofing jar. Needs better recipe guide for new cooks.

Poor quality on some products inside.
I just opened to use today and my scale quit working after just minutes of use. I tried replacing the batteries thinking maybe the first ones were bad, and that wasn’t the case.
