Craig Electronics Craig 7-Inch TFT Dual Screen Portable DVD Player, Black (CTFT719) personal-dvd-players

An unfortunate Christmas purchase for our Grandson. Good product while it worked, which was less than 4 months. There is only a 30 to 90 day warranty from Walmart on electronics, and after that you have to go to the manufacturer ( good luck). I would not recommend purchasing this item.

I bought this to use in our vehicle. It kept turning off even though it was plugged in to the 12 volt plug. It was very frustrating and disappointing for our kids. Ended up returning these. My sister bought these as well and she encountered the same issue of the sustem turning off all the time. She happens to have a normal wall outlet type plug in her van and that seems to work.

This has been a great product to have for long drives or to take to public places or even for quite time at home. Getting 2 for the price of one has allowed my kids to enjoy them without fighting. It has a great picture and sounds great. A very worthy purchase.

Great thing to have on long drives and the price allowed me to buy one for both of my kids!!

I bought this unit from Walmart because of the batteries and the ability to run while the car is not running (running on batteries) which is rare feature in most of those dual DVD's not sure why. I was so happy with this feature. But so soon I discovered that I wasted my money on a junky gadget that is really very poorly designed. I was trying to fix those DVD's to the head rest of my car but when doing this the loops that carry the belt are so poorly designed they snap off with the least pressure of the belt and break and all what you can do is have to carry the DVD or try to invent a work around to this issue. I called the company and they told me oh it is too expensive to fix, I would need to buy another one of this again this is what they call warranty after not even 2 month of use. Do not waste your money on this DVD.

I should have listened to the previous reviews but I was desperate to get something before a couple of long car rides. Car charger stopped working 30 minutes into first car ride, meltdown of children ensued. Gladly I brought the wall charger and my van has a plug. Remote worked occasionally at best, quite painful to get movies going without it. After the second weekend trip, one of the screens just gave up. Thank goodness Walmart let me return it. Absolutely terrible product!! Deserves less than one star.

I bought it and it kept shutting off if we went over a bump. Took it back

Bought this a week ago, and returned it two days after. It would only play for 20 minutes before automatically shutting off!

I did a 5h drive with a screaming 2 year old and said NEVER AGAIN!! Well this allows me to do it again!! It's fantastic, she doesn't want to get out of the car now!! They play burnt DVD disks so all you have to do is get your shows burnt on, I used Windows DVD maker to burn them and away we go!! I leave the second one in the car and bring inside the main one so she can watch her shows inside!! The only thing I wish they had was the USB/SD ports.. then I could put them on a USB key on the fly.. Maybe Craig could bring out that model for a few bucks more.. I know it can be done, you can see where the ports would be on the side!! I'd pay an extra $20-$30 for them!! At this price if the spare one in the car has issues in our cold winters, I might buy a second one!! Who knows, I may need a second for baby #2 someday!! GREAT PRODUCT, and a bonus is Craig is my hubby's name!
