The frame was well packed and came in with no damage. I have ordered other frames from other companys and they have come in with broken glass. So, I was happy to see how well it was packaged for shipping. It was perfect for what I needed to frame and it is great quality.

I had a poster I needed to frame and was looking for 24x36 frame at a decent price. This definitely fit the criteria. The look was great, I purchased the white washed out frame which gave it a rustic authentic look, and the price was competitive. So this purchased was excellent in my book

I bought Thomas Kinkade prints for myself and a friend for Christmas, not paying attention to the fact that I'd have to frame them myself, because they come rolled up in a tube. haha. I didn't realize how expensive it is to have them professionally framed, and the print was an odd size, so to have it perfectly in the center they would have to specially make a frame. $$$$$ I went online and bought the right size mat for my print and this size of frame. The frame works perfectly. It isn't something grand, but it suits me. I don't mind that it isn't glass, but I don't care for the cardboard back. They did a wonderful job packaging them so neither of the frames were damaged and they protected the plastic-y thing they used in place of the glass. The word escapes me right now. haha. Whatever. It works.

The frame itself is okay I guess then and not very sturdy but I guess good enough for a puzzle.

This frame is not what I expected at all for the price. It doesn't even have real glass it has plexiglass instead and the frame itself is cheap material. You do not always get what you pay for. Definitely would not recommend this item. I got took!

its a nice wooden frame but was broke when i recieved it

I needed a specific size frame and this was the only one I could find that would fit the item I had. This would have been maybe a $6.00 or $8.00 dollar frame in a store if it had not been an odd size. If you put this in a store where people could see it before they bought it there is no way anyone would pay $30.00. I will never buy another frame from this company and never buy another without holding it in my hand before I buy it.
