I came across this cranio cradle over 10 years ago and have used it regularly ever since to alleviate occipital muscle tension associated with headaches. Recently my puppy got a hold of it making it unusable which is why I sourced out a replacement...I honestly don't want to be without one. It helps me that much. I've used it on my back as well with nice results but tend to use it more for my neck. I highly recommend this item. It can be used to massage (pressure point massage) or flip it in the opposite direction to give your neck support.

I have chronical pain shoulders and neck because of my computer work. Even if my work station changed to a more ergonomic one, I still had lots of chronical pains. My ergo therapist recommended me this brand. I looked up the instructions online and noticed that several exercises are done with 2 cranio cradle so I got 2. It works well for me. It's been about 2 weeks and I have my routine set up at night, on my yoga mat. Surprisingly, it's actually relaxing! A nice change from the repetitive exercises that my physio and ergo gave me. I alternate the physio, ergo exercises with the cranio craddle -to gain back flexibility and muscles.

like how it cradles neck for proper alignment. Also the instructions show other positions and uses like shoulder pressure points and lower back as well.

This was recommended to me by my massage therapist. It makes a huge difference for me in reducing headaches. The Walmart price was really great and was delivered quickly . All over 5 stars!

This cradle was recommended by my physical therapist. It is very comfortable and def reduces my neck pain. Great item and the price at Walmart.com was the best price I could find.

This is the next best thing to going to a chiropractor or a physiotherapist! seriously! it helps so much with headaches and pain. I can't say enough for it. It helps to relieve the trigger points in the cervical spine and anywhere else!

besides being vastly overpriced, it was a very painful experience the 2 times I used. it seemed like it would be soft, but it's not. it was like laying on rocks and made my head, neck and shoulder blades hurt worse and increased my tension, so it's going back. if it was $10 I probably wouldn't bother, but $54! I only paid that because I was looking for relief. big disappointment.

Uncomfortable and didn't fit properly. Probably cost $5 to manufacture yet cost was 10 times that amount.

Did not help with my pain.
