I received one of the three plants. First problem, it was delivered to the house across the street. Second problem, there was no indication that the package contained live plants and no indication of which way the package should be set down. Third problem, three boxes taped together were used instead of a single box. As a result of problems 2 and 3 the “box” was crushed on the top and two sides. Fourth problem, all the leaves are totally dried out or so limp it is unlikely they will survive — this is because the plant is totally root bound and the rootball was completely dry. Even if someone gave the plant a drink before shipping there is no way it would have retained enough for the journey. I have no idea if the plant will survive even with extensive triage. The online description says “requires minimal care, allowing more time to cherish its charm”. Not so much. I will see what the other two look like when they arrive. Then I'll decide which ones are on their way to the local Walmart, which is 25 miles away. I attached photos of the first plant and its packaging.
