Received sooner than expected. Plant in great shape.

This twilight crepe myrtle is a gorgeous plant but it must be packaged better to withstand shipping and prevent damages. 2 out of 3 main branches broken in half. prevention in the form of some type of protective wrap around the branches thus giving the plant more stability. the shipping box looked as though it had been bent in the middle.

The grower should be ashamed. Two trees, smashed into one box, branches broken, leaves crushed. Looks like the trees were poorly cared for, ignored during their growth.

I love crepe myrtle bushes and shrubs I am very disappointed because I have ordered this for the second time and this is supposed to be a tree I only had about three branches with leaves on it I would love to send you a picture of it because I planted it the next day but it didn't look healthy but I figured by now it was me water and then every other day that it would look so much better but it's not looking good like I wanted to maybe have a couple of flowers on it by now but it didn't come looking good at all and I do thank you all because you all have them very nice to me about my strawberries

Item received in very poor condition. Almost all leaves are dead. Looks like it has burnt. Not sure it will live based on the condition it was received. I may have to return the plant if it is dead.
